Terms of Service

By accessing or using ProcessWins, including Pressure Mode and related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Use of Platform

ProcessWins LLC is an athlete development and readiness platform focused on preparation, routines, mindset, reflection, and performance habits. You agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully.

You may not:

Attempt to disrupt or damage the platform
Misuse user accounts or data
Copy or reproduce proprietary systems or content
Use the platform for unlawful purposes

2. Pressure Mode

Pressure Mode is a gamified athlete readiness and performance experience designed to simulate competitive pressure situations. Pressure Mode is intended for educational, developmental, wellness, athlete readiness, and self-awareness purposes only. Pressure Mode should not be interpreted as psychological evaluation, diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or professional assessment.

Pressure Mode does not provide:

Medical advice
Psychological diagnosis
Therapy or counseling
Licensed mental health treatment
Emergency or crisis services
Medical rehabilitation services

3. User Content

Users may submit reflections, responses, entries, and other content through the platform. You retain ownership of your content, but grant ProcessWins LLC permission to store, process, and analyze submitted information for platform functionality and improvement.

4. Health & Wellness Integrations

ProcessWins may integrate with Apple HealthKit, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Google Fit, or similar wellness platforms to support readiness, wellness, recovery, reflection, and athlete development features. These integrations are optional and controlled entirely by the user through device and platform privacy settings. ProcessWins does not provide medical advice, healthcare services, rehabilitation services, psychological treatment, or medical diagnosis through these integrations.

5. Intellectual Property

All ProcessWins branding, systems, designs, game mechanics, workflows, Pressure Mode concepts, databases, progression systems, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ProcessWins LLC. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit platform materials without written permission.

6. Accounts & Authentication

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. ProcessWins LLC may use third-party authentication services including Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProcessWins LLC is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Use of ProcessWins and participation in any readiness systems, wellness features, athlete development experiences, or Pressure Mode activities is at the user’s own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProcessWins LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, athletic performance outcomes, injuries, health outcomes, training decisions, emotional responses, competitive performance results, decisions made based on platform content, or emotional or psychological interpretations by users. Users are responsible for their own decisions, training, and participation in sports activities.

8. Termination

ProcessWins LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform functionality, or engage in abusive or unlawful activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. No Guarantees

ProcessWins does not guarantee athletic improvement, performance outcomes, scholarship opportunities, competitive success, or specific personal results from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maine, where ProcessWins LLC is registered.
