2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the ProcessWins platform, personalize user experience, analyze athlete engagement and progression, improve Pressure Mode progression systems, maintain platform security and performance, and communicate updates, support, and important account information. We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve platform functionality, performance and engagement insights, and future platform development.

3. Pressure Mode & User Responses

Pressure Mode is designed as a gamified athlete readiness and mental performance experience. User responses may be analyzed to improve gameplay systems, progression logic, performance and engagement insights, and overall platform performance. ProcessWins does not provide medical advice, psychological diagnosis, therapy, or licensed mental health treatment. ProcessWins is not intended for crisis response, emergency services, or urgent medical or mental health situations.

4. Apple HealthKit & Google Health Connect Integrations

If enabled by the user, ProcessWins may integrate with Apple HealthKit, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Google Fit, or similar wellness platforms to support readiness, wellness, workout, recovery, mindfulness, and performance-related features. Health-related information accessed through these integrations is used solely to provide and improve user-facing ProcessWins functionality and athlete wellness experiences. ProcessWins does not use health or wellness data for advertising, marketing, third-party data mining, data broker services, or unauthorized profiling purposes. These integrations are optional and controlled by the user through their device or platform privacy settings. Users may modify or revoke permissions at any time through Apple Health, HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Google Fit, Android settings, or related platform privacy controls. ProcessWins is not a medical provider, mental health provider, healthcare organization, or medical device. Health and wellness integrations are intended solely for informational, wellness, readiness, reflection, recovery, and athlete development purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform, including authentication providers, cloud hosting providers, database and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and performance monitoring tools. Examples may include Supabase, Vercel, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, and related infrastructure services.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children & Minors

ProcessWins is intended for athletes, including users under the age of 18. Parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise use of the platform. We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from children.

8. User Rights

Users may request access to their information, account deletion, data correction, and removal of stored information where applicable.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of ProcessWins after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
